The scent opens citrusy and spicy with top notes of juicy mandarin orange, bergamot and bracing black pepper. Bergamot, the fruit that flavors Earl Grey tea, bergamot lends a distinctive, complex freshness that is far more round and rich than any other citrus note. The heart of the scent is dominated by deep, rich leather. It is joined by additional middle notes of sweet, spicy nutmeg and lavender. The scent lies on a straightforward base of patchouli, woody notes, vetiver and musk.
